Sleepy December, short days, long nights, the wait for the returning of the light at solstice, has me turning to moody new songs of melancholy and reflection inspired by the travels and impressions of this most amazing year.
It’s beginning to look like I’m working on another album, looking forward to mapping that out and watching it take shape next year.
In the meantime I’m releasing Pay Dirt to the airwaves on December 21 to celebrate. Tune in to DJ Mike Lidskin‘s special edition of Twirl Radio (#900!) on KUBU-FM in Sacramento 3:00 pm PST. We’ll be seeing the old year out in style. Good times!
