Wild weather, right on schedule...
It's pouring rain and blowing like a Galway gale out there today... had a delicious afternoon nap, and it was all I could do to resist the urge to hibernate until about April or so. Woodland creatures really do have the right idea. Just bring that old metabolism right down to baseline, curl up somewhere warm and snuggly, and snooze the winter away.
(Now remind me again, what makes us so darn smart?)
I'm in full-blown Christmas avoidance mode at the moment (code red actually -- ho ho ho) but for anyone looking for cool handmade things to gift people with, go and check out Sleeping Forest Studios. The marquetry is absolutely gorgeous, and they're my new Link of the Month.
Back to the couch, I feel another nap coming on zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
