Shortly after arriving home from my trip to L.A., I wound up talking to my upstairs neighbour. She worked for CBC Radio and knew quite a few people in the local journalism scene. She was curious about what had happened, and asked me if I would mind if she mentioned it to her colleagues.

The following week I got a call from the entertainment reporter for the local daily, wanting to do a story about my adventure.

After this article came out, my phone really started ringing...my first encounter with the true power of the press.
Over the next few weeks I was invited to do live radio and TV interviews, and a reporter from the local TV station produced a
feature that aired after the 6:00 news. Unfortunately my VHS copy of that tape has gone missing, so if anyone knows where Lois Warren is working these days, please ask her to get in touch!
